The private Suite is Beautifully furnished to provide you with all the comforts of home, this 3-bed, 1 living room and 1 kitchen vacation retreat is sure to impress. Located in the prestigious Blue Mountain neighborhood, wake up each morning to a beautiful garden and stunning rooftop ocean views and breathtakingly beautiful beaches located just a short drive away!

Guests have Private and Secure separate access to their own Suite on the 1st floor of the villa via the shared main entry villa hallway/stairway. The garden area outside their living room and their master bedroom. They may enjoy the SHARED upper 3rd floor outdoor ocean view patio and lounge area including the lounge infinity pool. A friendly reminder there may be other guests occupying the upper 2nd level suite so quiet hours must be respected. Quiet hours are from 9PM to 8AM. Access to the lounge pool between 8AM to 7PM only. Parking is available at the front of the villa across the driveway and also along the left side of the driveway near the driveway island. Please do not block driveway. The property is gated and Only registered guests and pre-authorized persons have access to the property grounds. Property Access under 24/7 security watch.

Renting Cars or large minivan type vehicles is highly recommended.

At arrival we welcome our guests to ensure only Airbnb registered paying guests enter the villa and the property as per the Airbnb terms and conditions.

For security, Copies of all Airbnb Registered Guests IDs are required prior to arrival to ensure safety and security registration.

No unregistered guests are allowed on property at any time.

The majority of Hotels and Resorts in Providenciales are open to the public. Access to their Restaurants and Bars is encouraged. Some have unique locations on the beach, by the beach or other (such as in-land under a Palm Tree forest). Some have World Class cuisine. Some may require reservations in advance but majority are walk-in and tourists may enjoy their services and then simply pass through to the beach.

There are a few Grocery Store options within 5-12 minutes driving distance. Some are on the higher end in terms of food choices and prices and others meet the overall FOOD and BEVERAGE necessities of the local residents and also tourists. There are specialty alcoholic beverage stores (one such specialty store within 5 mins drive on the nearby highway) but most Grocery stores have a wide variety of alcoholic drinks. Also the majority of the larger Grocery Stores (one such Grocery Store within 8 minutes drive from your unit) have ready-made food, hot meals options and cold such as salads and sandwiches, with options ranging from breakfast / lunch, dinner and beverage options. There are Pizza Stores and Coffee Shops also.
Our guests do have Water Coolers (water included) in the living rooms and also a coffee machines (coffee extra).

All beaches are public so access to any beach may it be in front of a hotel or a property is allowed. In conclusion staying at our villa and visiting any beach and most hotels and their bars and restaurants is highly encouraged.

– Photo and/or Videography sessions. Including Aerial Drone Footage. Combo Guide and Photography / Videography Package.
– Boat Tours to other islands and remote beaches.
– Picnic at the beach. Do not leave the beach just call us and we deliver a picnic basket and chilled beverage to you. Enjoy the sun, the beach and the ocean and let us deliver your picnic to your satisfaction arranged in advance.
